Translation of excerpts from an article by Prof. Eyal Zisser in Yediot Ahronot

Nasrala's (head of Hizbullah) hysterical speech clearly expresses his feeling of desperation.

Hasan Nasralla is fighting for his life, in the physical and the political sense.

In his worst nightmare Nasralla never dreamt that he would be fighting with his back against the wall as he is doing now.

All his assumptions came crashing down.

All the world is against him, including Arab nations like Saudi Arabia.

He has nothing to lose anymore by attacks on Israel. His only hope is that his attacks will draw Israel into irresponsible action that will set the world against her.

This is not likely to happen if the people of Israel show resilience and firmness in the face of these attacks.

Thus the strength of endurance of the Israeli People will determine the outcome of this war.

Whoever wavers will lose.

Because Nasrallah has nothing to lose and still has lots of weapons at his disposal, the war is particularly difficult.

But for the first time in the decades long war in Lebanon it's possible to see the light at the end of the tunnel
